Pricing

Institutional subscriptions. No per-seat tax.

One annual subscription covers your institution — every module, every user, every data refresh. Pricing scales with the size of the service area you need configured and the number of regions you compare, so the figure is quoted rather than guessed at.

Every tier includes the complete evidence base and the full refresh cadence. Nothing about the data itself is gated behind a higher tier — the differences are scope of geography, benchmarking and support.

What every subscription includes

The parts other vendors charge separately for.

Unlimited users

Everyone at your institution. The figure and its provenance stay together instead of being screenshotted into a deck.

All data refreshes

Nightly, weekly and monthly refreshes are the product, not an upgrade. New sources released during your term are included.

Reports and exports

CSV on every table, Word export on every narrative report, print-clean vector charts. No export limits.

Onboarding

Configuration of your service area and peer set, plus a working session with your team. No implementation fee.

Pricing questions

The things procurement asks first.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the honest answer depends on two things we do not know until we talk: how large a service area you need configured, and how many regions you compare. A single-county college and a nine-county consortium are genuinely different subscriptions, and publishing a number that applies to neither would waste your time.

What we can commit to on this page: the subscription is annual and institutional, there is no per-seat charge, and every quote itemizes what drives it. Most organizations have a number within one conversation.

Is it really unlimited users?

Yes, within your organization. Per-seat licensing means the person who needs a figure is not the person who has the login, so the data gets screenshotted into a slide and loses its provenance on the way. That defeats the point of the product. Research staff, deans, planners, grant writers, analysts and advisors can all have accounts.

What is the contract term?

Annual, with the option of a multi-year agreement at a reduced rate if that suits your procurement cycle better. We will work to your fiscal year and your purchasing process, including sole-source documentation and W-9s, cooperative purchasing vehicles where you have one, and invoicing rather than card payment.

What is included beyond access?

Onboarding for your team, configuration of your service area and peer set, all data refreshes, all new modules released during your term, and support. There is no separate implementation fee and no charge for the data updates — the refresh cadence is part of the product, not an upgrade.

Do you do custom analysis?

Yes, as a separate engagement — labor market assessments, program feasibility studies, and staff training on using the data well. Subscribers get these at a reduced rate. We will also tell you when a question does not need a consulting engagement because you can answer it yourself in the platform in twenty minutes.

Can we try it first?

The demo is run on your service area with your programs, so you see your own figures rather than a sample dataset — that is usually more useful than a self-serve trial. For organizations in procurement we can arrange a time-boxed evaluation period with your team working in the platform directly.
