Accessibility statement
Our customers are public institutions with legal accessibility obligations. Meeting them is a requirement of the product, not an aspiration for a later release.
Standard
We build this website and the platform to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which is the standard referenced by Section 508 and by most state procurement requirements.
What that means here
- Semantic HTML with a single logical heading order on every page, and a skip link to the main content.
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Text and interface colors tested for contrast in both light and dark themes.
- Charts are vector graphics carrying a text description, and every figure they show is also available as a table and as a CSV export — so no information is available only visually.
- Layouts reflow to 320px and to 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling of the page.
- Motion respects
prefers-reduced-motion; nothing animates for users who have asked it not to. - The site works with JavaScript disabled; scripting adds convenience, not access.
Known limitations
Complex data tables in the platform are dense by nature. Where a visualization is difficult to convey non-visually, we provide the underlying table and export rather than relying on the chart alone. If you encounter a case where that is not true, tell us — it is a defect.

We can supply accessibility conformance documentation (VPAT) for the platform on request as part of a procurement process. Ask us.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of this site or the platform is inaccessible to you, email hello@futurescopeanalytics.com with the page and what happened. We treat accessibility reports as defects and respond within two business days.
